Very unique old silver tone metal, cloth ribbon and medal that reads Illinois Grade School, Band & Orch Ass’n, Concert. Neat older piece from the 1940s era, if not older. Good shape with some of the silver tone worn away on the edges and back and light general ribbon wear. Medal is about 1 inch wide.
