Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Wisconsin Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1959-60. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked C.L. Sturm. About 1/2 inches tall.
