This is a very nice, mid 1980s era, Franklin Mint, The World’s Greatest Locomotives, heavy pewter Rocket, two piece locomotive figurine with information card in the picture. Great looking figurine nicely displayed for years. Really no wear. About 1 3/4 inches long.
