Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin. It’s from the Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1964-65. State shape looks like Montana. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked Claude M De Vorss, Int’l Press. About 3/4 inches wide.
