Very unique old gold medal or gold plated, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the International Lions Club for the District Chairman. Neat older 2 piece pin. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked with small symbol that I cannot make out. About 1 inch tall.
