This is a very nice, early 1900s era, Balfour marked back, gold tone metal, not sure exactly what kind of metal, pendant that reads on the front: International Softball and Baseball Federation. Really neat old piece of sports memorabilia in excellent shape with light wear. About 1 1/4 inches tall.
