Very unique old gold or gold plated metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1952-53. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked Reg US Pat Off with an L symbol. About 1/2 inch wide.
