Very unique old 10 KR marked award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Lions Club for the Zone Chairman in 1953-54. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked U3C 10KR KESL. About 1 inch tall.
