Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Mississippi Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1955-56. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked Humberto Valenzuela, Int’l Pres. About 1/2 inch tall.
