Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the North Carolina Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1956-57. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked John Stickley, Int’l Pres. About 3/4 inches wide.
