Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Mississippi Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1963-64. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked Aubrey D. Green, Int’l Pres. About 3/4 inches tall.
