Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Florida Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1965-66. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked Dr Walter H Campbell, Int’l Press. About 1 inch wide.
