Very unique old brass medal for similar metal, award type pin with locking screw on back. It’s from the Lions Club for 100% Attendance in 1966-67. Really neat old Lions Club memorabilia in great shape with light wear. Back is marked Edward M Lindsey, Int’l Pres. About 1 1/4 inches wide.
