Very unique old brass metal or gold plated similar metal, award type pinback. It’s enameled on the front with eagle and words 3.6.8.0. C of O.S.. Back has some small lettering on it, looks like Le Regalia, New York. Great shape with light wear. About 1/2 inches tall.
